The Awakened Reset

You don't need to fly to the Himalayas to find stillness. The Awakened Reset is a 3-day live online retreat designed for people in their 20s and 30s who are juggling work, study, or family and still want a real reset — not a meditation app, not a YouTube video. Across one weekend (Friday evening through Sunday evening), you'll move through guided breathwork, sitting meditation, journaling, silence, and a small-cohort closing circle. You keep lifetime access to the recorded sessions, a private alumni Discord, and an integration sequence that lands in your inbox for the seven days after the retreat closes.

What the weekend looks like
Opening Circle & Breath Foundations
Set intentions for the weekend. Learn the three breath techniques (box breath, alternate-nostril, slow diaphragmatic) that we'll return to throughout. Guided 20-minute meditation. No prior experience needed.
Morning Practice — Longer Breathwork & Sitting
A deeper 45-minute session combining pranayama with silent sitting. Begin to notice the texture of your inner weather.
Journaling, Body Scan & Group Reflection
Written prompts based on classical Indian inquiry traditions. A 25-minute guided body scan. Small-group sharing for those who want to.
Silence Practice
60 minutes of held silence with light guidance. The hardest and most loved session of the weekend.
Closing Circle & Take-Home Practice Plan
We end as we began — together. You leave with a personalised 21-day practice plan and an invitation to the alumni circle.
