Lead Guide · The Stillness Immersion
Trained across the Bhagavad Gita, the Pali Canon, Ho'oponopono, Ayurvedic nutrition, classical pranayama and modern behavioural science. The Immersion synthesises the inner-work tradition of the Stillness Intensive with the personal-architecture work of Atomic Habits, Deep Work and the Ikigai framework.
